IS/MS Polo team,

You guys have greatly improved your game in the last year and are now giving tough teams a run for their money, but there is still more that can be done to improve your competitiveness!

Polo is a game requiring good horsemanship, focus, skill, courage, cooperation and strength, and the team has worked hard to improve in these areas. This website will be geared toward helping you develop your strength and conditioning, which will greatly enhance the team's ability to compete at a high level.

The teams you are playing have generally been bigger and stronger, yet you have still made these them work hard to beat you. By committing to the development of your strength and endurance, you will have one more tool to use in the arena.

Polo is a team sport, and because of this, your teammates will be relying on you to make the commitment to this program so that OC Polo can field the strongest, fittest, and most competitive team possible. Below you will find a link to a weekly strength and conditioning program that, when done properly and consistently, will make you a better polo player.
